Roles and Responsibilities:
Taking inbound calls with printer, router and anti-virus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.

Must have good convincing and sales skills.
Shift : US Shift
Working Days: 6 days with 1 Rotational week offs.
