Must HaveExperience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
Must know how to close their own calls.
Must have good convincing and sales skills.
Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
Shift : US Shift
